Teaching multiple subjects can be a challenging task, particularly for non-specialized or generalist teachers in secondary schools. These may lack subject-specific knowledge, pedagogy, and struggle with workload management. As result, they experience stress, burnout, reduced job satisfaction, which negatively affect teaching effectiveness student outcomes. This study aims to explore the challenges faced by schools, their coping mechanisms, role of organizational resiliency supporting effectiveness. The draws on existing literature research, focusing strategies used teachers, including time management, adapting methods, seeking support from colleagues, professional development. Additionally, examines impact such as resource allocation, systems, adaptation change. By understanding these factors, this identify promote positive outcomes both students. highlights need schools provide resources necessary manage effectively, reducing stress promoting satisfaction.
